Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information QuizMarshall ([business name], [address]) collects and how we use it. We are the data controller for this information.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, business name, phone number (optional) and a securely hashed password.
• Your venues: venue name, logo and postal address.
• Your orders: what you bought, quiz dates and delivery address. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage: which quizzes and questions each venue has had (so we never repeat them), and basic logs such as IP addresses for security.

How we use it

• To provide the quizzes you buy, post printed quizzes, and send you account and order emails (contract).
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).
• To send occasional offers, only if you've opted in. You can opt out at any time in your account.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider [name] and our web host [name], only as needed to run the service. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need to for tax and accounting records (usually 6 years for orders).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@quizmarshall.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
