Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy quizzes from QuizMarshall ("we", "us"), run by [business name], [address]. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A quiz is a set of questions and answers with a host pack, answer sheets and a scoring sheet, supplied as PDF files and, if you choose Print & Post, as printed copies posted to you.

2. Your licence to use quizzes

Each quiz is licensed to the venue named on it, for use at quiz events at that venue. You may print as many copies as you need for those events. You may not share, resell, publish or redistribute the quizzes or their questions, or use them to build another question collection.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you order. Subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing period until cancelled.

4. When you get your quiz

We prepare each quiz about 10 days before its date (straight away if the date is sooner) and email you when it's ready to download. For Print & Post, the first quiz date must be at least 7 days after you order, and we aim to post in time to arrive before it. Postage times are outside our control.

5. Swapping questions

You can swap up to 3 questions per quiz, until the quiz date (or until it's printed, for Print & Post).

6. Subscriptions and cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep the quizzes from that period.

7. Refunds and your right to cancel

Quizzes are digital content prepared for you. When you order, you agree that we can start preparing your quiz straight away, and you understand that you lose your right to cancel once a quiz has been made available to you. If something's wrong with a quiz or a delivery, contact us and we'll put it right.

8. Accuracy

We check our questions carefully, but mistakes can happen. If you think an answer is wrong, let us know and we'll look into it.

9. Your account

Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing quizzes.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
